A perfectly grilled bagel is cooked on name brand charcoal and a very seasoned cast iron grill (Winston's Original!) to absolute perfection, with your choice of toppings, including:

We are available to cater events! We do private parties, galas, annual meetings, etc. All that we require is a 100 bagel minimum or guarantee, and this includes setup fees within a 20 mile radius of Jackson County, IL.
Most people, for their parties and events, purchase the bagels themselves and then the customers order as needed and they are then "free" to the person ordering.
Larger events that we have done in the past work on a different system. Therefore we ask for a call or email from you guys.

All of our ingredients are purchased daily and are fresh and hand-cut. Please know that we take the utmost pride in knowing we use the best brands and hand-picked produce that is available.
We do occasionally have specials and will post them along with dates, as approved by the health departments.

We are approved with Jackson and Williamson/Franklin counties and the licenses are updated for the business. We will add counties as needed. We maintain very strict standards regarding cleanliness. Please note that due to our different kind of business of working over an open flame, that gloves will NOT be worn, as it has resulted in 2nd and 3rd degree burns in the past. We accomodate to health code standards in that the flame will be the last thing to touch your food before it is wrapped, as has been done for nearly 40 years.
